Insurance

Most major insurances are accepted at our office.

No Show Policy

No show is defined as a patient who misses an appointment or rescheduled/cancels with less than 24 hour notice.

Any patient with three no-show appointments will be in jeopardy of being discharged. The patients chart will be reviewed and a determination will be made at the discretion of the office manager.

Discharge Policy

A patient can be discharged from the practice at the discretion of the President and/or Office Manager. Reasons for discharging a patient include non-payment, non-compliance, repeated no-show appointments and misconduct.

If it is determined that a patient is to be discharged, a certified letter is sent as notice to the patient as to the decision. Inlcuded with the letter is a list of providers in the area, and a records release authorization.

The patient will be able to receive care for thirty (30) days from the date of the certified letter, but will only be seen at a participating hospital, no appointments will be scheduled in the office. Prescription refills will also be accommodated for up to thirty (3) days from the date of the letter.

Appt. Cancellation

We understand “life happens”, and if you need to cancel an appointment, we would ask that you simply do your best to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Comprehensive Women’s Health Services reserves the right to asses a fee of $25 for failure to comply with this request.

Prescription Refill

Comprehensive Women’s Health Services offers a Prescription Refill service. Simply call our office, and when prompted select the appropriate number. While we do our best to get these done as soon as possible, please allow 48 hours for processing.
